TYPE SCREW AERATING AND AGITATING MACHINE Applications: Type screw Aerating and agitating two-use machine has a dual-use
machine functions, it cant only be used for aerator, but also for
agitator. It is mainly used for wastewater treatment of city,
industrial wastewater treatment and ponds oxygen-increasing, and so
on. This application : 1. Appropriate depth of water is 3~6m; 2. SBR biochemical ditch aeration and agitation; 3. Oxygenic aeration and agitation of biological Removal phosphorus
and azote treatment; 4. Activated sludge aeration and agitation; 5. Oxidation ditch. Features: 1. Well-knit structure, less land occupation, costs low. 2. It is a dual function machine, can be used for aerator, can be
used for agitator, aeration No blower. 3. Simple Maintenance, convenient installation. 4. Operating under automatic control on dissolving oxygen,
facilitate the achievement of automatic control. Structure and Working Process: The type screw aerating and agitating machine, as shown in fig.,
and it is composed of motor, supporting, shaft coupling, diversion
cylinder, spiral impeller, the principle axis and so on. All
impellers divide into upper and down group, the up group spiral
impellers place above the surface, and the down group spiral
impellers place below the surface. Aerating (established being prograding), the next group spiral impellers under strong rotary function, the water enters into the first group spiral impellers from the bottom of diversion cylinders, and under upper group strong-rotary function, the water submits curtain form throws from marginal impeller, forms hydraulic jump, wraps themselves into large air, the air rapidly dissolves into wastewater, and because wastewater cycle up and down, makes surface of water update continuously, and makes the wastewater contact large areas air, thus effectively breathes the oxygen, completes the wastewater oxygenating. Agitating (set reversing rotating), now the principle axis of
rotation direction contrary with aerating, the water forms a cycle
flow under the next group spiral impellers strong rotary function,
the upper group spiral impellers is only idling and ineffective. Technical Parameters and Measure of Outside
